 IMPEACHMENT '08

06-09-08 - Congressman Dennis Kucinich introduced on the House Floor a 35-page articles of impeachment bill.  CLICK HERE for on-demand video of the Kucinich speech .

Impeachment in the House? 28 Republicans voted with the Democrats - Kucinich says if it does not come of the Judiciary Committee, he will re-introduce the 35 articles of impeachment on the floor.  Scroll down below the list of the 35 articles and contact each of the members of the committee listed below. It is time for Bush/Cheney to answer to Lady Justice.

Left to right: Steny Hoyer,(D-Md) House Majority leader, Judy A. Ramsey, Congressman Dan Boren (D-Ok) and Mrs. Boren - Andrea Heupel.
Our Own Judy Ramsey Cons Democratic Leaders into Picture with Impeachment Message
Judy helped us with our efforts to get signatures for a grand jury investigation of Bush/Cheney. We stopped the petition drive because we were under the mistaken impression that the Democratic Congress would be outraged at the criminal deeds and causing thousands of American soldiers to die in IRAQ under false pretenses, but we were wrong. Judy went to Boren's Barbeque in Muskogee recently where Judy reports:

"They treated it like a joke with their fake smiles.  Steny Hoyer said, 'You know the problem with impeaching Cheney don’t you?  Bush would be president.'
Dan Boren said something about how many days were left and I told them that was not good enough, that these guys were setting precedents and needed to be held accountable.  Didn’t have much time, just talked while getting the picture..

"The photographer kept trying to adjust my hat and I said, no, it has to show…Dan Boren said, 'She’s more worried about the message than us,' and I said, 'Of course I am.'  That was about it…wish I had moved my hair so you could see the message on my t-shirt, support the troops…impeach Bush."

Note from Bush Business editors - Call your congressman and demand that the Kucinich 35 Articles of Impeachment get a fair hearing and remind them that fraud, murder under false pretenses and other crimes against humanity must face Judgment. The US is a nation of laws and smirking at the law breakers is unjustifiable.

'President George W. Bush, by such conduct, is guilty of an impeachable offense warranting removal from office.' Kucinich introduces Bush impeachment resolution
09 Jun 2008
BUSH AND CHENEY OBJECT OF TWO IMPEACHMENT MOVES IN THE HOUSE
Democratic Rep. Dennis Kucinich took to the House of Representatives floor on
Monday evening, (6-9-08)to introduce a 35-count resolution to impeach President George W. Bush. CLICK HERE to see the speech. Kucinich claimed Bush "fraudulently" justified the war on Iraq and misled "the American people and members of Congress to believe Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction so as to manufacture a false case for war." "President George W. Bush, by such conduct, is guilty of an impeachable offense warranting removal from office," Kucinich said.

In addition Robert Wexler, D. Fl. revealed tonight that Scott McClellan will be invited to appear before the House Judicial Committee July 20th. Wexler stated in a press release he thought there would be enough evidence from this testimony start impeachment proceedings against Vice President Dick Cheney.
